Rates and payment
The displayed total is an estimate based on the submitted guest count and dates. BR Zimmer will confirm the final amount. No online payment is required at this stage unless optional manual payment instructions are issued after review.
Guest responsibility
The requesting guest must provide accurate details, follow the house rules, and report changes. Property damage, smoking penalties, and lost keys may be charged where applicable.
Manual payments
Manual payments are verified by BR Zimmer staff. Uploading proof does not automatically confirm a reservation.
